ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 1999 and currently lead a team of nine. Before becoming an agent, I spent five years as a State Farm Claims Adjuster, where I saw firsthand the difference we can make in people’s lives. That experience ultimately led me to agency ownership and the opportunity to build a career around helping others. I’m also a second-generation State Farm agent - my dad recently retired after an incredible 56-year career with State Farm.

Supporting the community is an important part of who we are. Our agency gives back to schools and organizations throughout the area, and we believe strongly in supporting the communities that support us. As a team, we’re also working toward making volunteer service a regular part of our culture, with the goal of getting out together each month to make a positive impact.

Our agency offers a 401(k), group life insurance, a health stipend, paid time off, and paid holidays. We want our team members to feel supported while building a meaningful, long-term career.

I’m looking for someone who is empathetic, customer-focused, and genuinely cares about doing great work. If you want to be part of a team that holds itself to a high standard, serves others, and makes a positive impact both inside and outside the office, we’d love to meet you.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
